Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective internal and external communication strategies and plans to enhance the company's reputation and engagement with stakeholders.
- Manage company media interactions, including responding to media inquiries and acting as Company spokesperson to maintain a positive public image.
- Create and execute strategies to increase employee awareness and engagement through various communication channels.
- Prepare internal communication materials, such as presentations, speaking notes, newsletters, and intranet content, to keep employees informed and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and achieve business objectives.
- Provide strategic communications advice to Company senior management to inform decision-making and drive business results.
Requirements:
- University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or equivalent.
- Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional communications experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Skilled in research and analysis of media data.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
