Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies and plans.
  • Manage company media interactions, including providing direction on media opportunities and responding to media inquiries.
  • Create and execute strategies to increase employee awareness and engagement.
  • Prepare internal communication materials, including presentations, speaking notes, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve communication goals.
  • Provide strategic communications advice to senior management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or equivalent.
  • Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) is preferred.
  • Greater than five (5) years' of professional communications experience and greater than three (3) years' experience in a managerial role.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Skilled in research and analysis of media data.
  • Advanced knowledge in social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
