Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Brand & Social Media Manager to join our strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and leadership groups to ensure that our social media presence is aligned with our overall brand vision.


Key Responsibilities



  • Create social media content calendars based on our brand's relevant passion points and cultural moments.
  • Develop and maintain our social media playbook, ensuring that our brand's voice and tone are consistently represented across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with our creative partners to develop social media content that is engaging, informative, and platform-appropriate.
  • Oversee our social media channels for strategic communications opportunities, responding to comments and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete social media audits and competitive reports to help our brand stay ahead of the competition.
  • Partner with our insights team to create actionable social media reports that inform our brand's strategy.

Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in a brand management, social strategy, or creative department.
  • A proven track record of managing brands with significant followings, preferably in the food industry.
  • A university or college diploma in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with social media management platforms and insights tools is required.
  • A passion for food and food marketing is essential.
