Banking Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Consistently demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with clients and colleagues
• Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice and solutions
• Champion digital enablement by educating clients to self-serve and leveraging technology to connect with clients
• Use expertise to meet clients' financial needs, both personal and business
• Provide professional advice and education on credit and investments
• Implement effective contact and relationship building strategies to accelerate new client acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with market-leading professionals to ensure clients receive customized and relevant expert advice

• Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it within the training period
• Passion for hosting an exceptional client experience
• Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathetic communication skills
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and determination to succeed
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese language
• Residency in Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, or Newmarket areas
