Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) seeks an experienced Memorialization Product Coordinator to assist in the fulfillment and placement of memorialization products. The successful candidate will lead by example in embodying CFCS' Core Values–Share the Journey, Serve with Care, and Make It Happen–in their interactions with families, staff, and vendors.
Responsibilities- Perform day-to-day administrative duties as required, including data entry, phone support, and record-keeping.
- Assist Sales teams with order tracking, receipt, inspection, administration, and reporting on all memorialization contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and Excel spreadsheets to ensure efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, excellent computer skills, great organizational abilities, and a college degree. Knowledge of the Catholic faith, rituals, and traditions is desirable, along with understanding of the Order of Christian Funerals and the 'Family First' approach.
