Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our video production team and oversee the entire production process from pre-production planning to final delivery. In this role, you will ensure that our projects stay on schedule, within budget, and maintain the high quality that our brand is known for.

Terms of employment: Full-time Permanent
Wages: $39.10/hour
Hours of work: 7.5 hours per day, 30 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Main Duties

Establish standardized processes and policies specific to film production, ensuring streamlined operations from pre-production through post-production.
Coordinate and manage shooting schedules, rehearsal dates, and post-production timelines to ensure all film projects stay on track.
Recruit, onboard, and lead production crew members including staff, freelancers, and volunteers ensuring the right talent is in place for each phase of production.
Develop detailed production budgets, monitor expenditures, and track revenue streams to ensure films are produced cost-effectively while meeting quality standards.
Liaise with local government and regulatory bodies to secure necessary filming permits, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Regularly evaluate production programs and policies to ensure they conform to legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Initiate, review, and approve the development of film projects from concept and script development to final production ensuring alignment with creative and commercial objectives.
Serve as a key liaison among screenwriters, directors, producers, composers, and other creative stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration throughout the production process.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 5 years experience in video production management, preferably within a commercial or creative agency setting.
Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in video editing software and production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
