Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Operate a cash register with precision and accuracy, handling customer transactions with ease.
  • Share product knowledge with customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing department, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ensure only the freshest products are displayed, adhering to our high standards of quality.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Retail customer service experience is considered an asset, but not required.
