Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
