Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Share product knowledge with customers and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Ensure the department is well-stocked and presented, and that only the freshest products are displayed.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Use a variety of equipment, including knives, to prepare and display products.

Requirements:

  • A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Retail customer service experience is considered an asset.
