About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Sushi Field Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
