About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Consultant to join our team at Henry Schein Canada. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering solutions to healthcare professionals directly to the customer, developing and growing business throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • At least three years of successful business-to-business sales experience
  • Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and building strong customer business partnerships
