About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Motel 6 Fort Nelson. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
