Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Establish effective scheduling systems to ensure seamless operations during peak periods.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and co-ordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new hires on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to enhance overall performance and minimize errors.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements accurately to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.

Work Environment: The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic fast-food establishment with moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.

Supervision: As a Dining Establishment Supervisor, you will lead a small team of 1 to 2 food service counter attendants and food preparers.
