Job Summary:

The Fashion Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling fashion-forward products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Cleo Fashions Inc.
  • To identify customer needs and make recommendations on products and services
  • To process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • To maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fashion and customer service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • The physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and move merchandise throughout the store

  • A 4-hour shift with opportunities to work up to 8 hours per day

Language Requirement:

This role requires fluency in English, but French is not required.
