About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our Advanced Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a proven track record of designing manufacturing equipment.

The role involves leading technology integration and knowledge transfer within the domain of responsibility. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with several departments to integrate new technologies that improve the company's design and manufacturing capabilities.

  • Leading technology integration and knowledge transfer within the domain of responsibility.
  • Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved technology.
  • Conduct detailed engineering assessments of new technology concepts.
  • Leading the design and execution of structured experimental plans to drive data-based decisions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving, lean principles, and best practice process development to drive product and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in the medical device industry will be an asset.
