Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Program Management: Oversee all HR programs, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Talent Recruitment and Retention: Manage the recruitment process from identifying candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding, as well as develop strategies to retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations and Development: Assist managers in setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and creating professional development plans to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Records and Systems: Maintain and manage HR records and systems, including administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and report findings to the Senior Management Team, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Certification and Experience: Human Resources Professional Certification is preferred, along with a minimum eight years of experience in a HR Generalist role.
  • Proficiency and Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is necessary, with bilingualism in English and French being a strong asset.
