Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Management and Local Marketing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local and retail marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Local Marketing Strategies: Recommend and implement local marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and communications.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of brand management strategies to ensure consistency and alignment across all service centers.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience with our brands and their consistency across all service centers.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and manage marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, sponsorships, and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with local teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing project management, and/or brand management.
  • Language: Essential bilingualism (spoken and written).
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to respect budgets and deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Curiosity, innovative spirit, and orientation towards solutions and results.
