We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc.

About the Role
  • As an Operations Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and supervise staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.
  • Evaluate work processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on operations, including budget tracking and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business administration, operations management).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
