At Mattamy Asset Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for Oracle PBCS and OneStream systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and assisting with application functionality questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for Oracle PBCS and OneStream systems
  • Perform system maintenance tasks to ensure timely and accurate updates
  • Execute and monitor system procedures to support financial close and budgeting/forecasting processes
  • Manage user security updates and reviews
  • Participate in implementing financial applications
  • Develop and maintain system administration documentation

Requirements:

  • University degree, with a focus in finance
  • 1-2 years experience in supporting and maintaining financial consolidation systems or financial planning systems
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
