We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Heavy Maintenance team as the Head of Aviation Maintenance. This strategic position is responsible for overseeing the overall management and administration of heavy maintenance, paint activities, stores, and aviation technical services.
About the JobThis critical role requires a strong background in aviation, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry. A college or university degree is also required. Prior experience with aircraft paint shop activities and deliveries is considered an asset, as well as knowledge of process improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word. Bilingualism in English and French is also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage all maintenance inspections, installations, refurbishments, and paint of all aircraft.
- Oversee the stores/inventory control activities.
- Ensure that maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies described in MPM.
- Develop and manage schedule and resource loading.
- Work closely with Senior Management to determine factors impacting project completion.
- Provide quote support to sales department.

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
