As a key member of Air Canada's maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing aircraft structural repairs and modifications. This role requires strong planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Average annual salary: up to $183,000 CAD (based on 40 hours/week)

This position is based in Montreal, QC, Canada, and offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out and certify sheet metal and composite repairs to aircraft components;
  2. Perform general visual inspections (GVI), detailed visual inspections (DVI), conformity inspections, self-checks, and required inspection items (RII);
  3. Sign off defects to defined standards;
  4. Provide oversight and management of defects;
  5. Complete and verify all technical records and data entries for any work performed;

Requirements
  • Possess a Transport Canada (MOT) Structures 'S' license or working towards it;
  • Graduate from a Transport Canada approved school in the Structural Program;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and handle/prioritize multiple projects;
