Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Sunup Medical Center. As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Healthcare Professionals: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including preparing patient charts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our clinic, including equipment, supplies, and patient areas.
- Supply Management: Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Data Collection and Record-Keeping: Collect and record patient data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
