Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Sunup Medical Center. As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing and maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments, and processing files and paperwork.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain medical equipment, prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Data Collection: Collect and record data, including statistics and patient information, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation of the medical clinic.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word, and able to use these skills to support the healthcare team.
The Medical Clinic Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a team-oriented setting.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
