We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to staff.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and walk.
