Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Nova Inn Wabasca. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Coordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
  • Hire and dismiss staff as needed
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
