Job Summary

Chef Reza Inc is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage culinary staff, and develop menus that meet high standards of quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve kitchen goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation methods to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage inventory, supply chain, and food costs to maintain profitability
  • Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume commercial kitchen
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and staff supervision
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field, or equivalent experience

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and high pressure
  • Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
  • Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
