Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Apex Time Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new prospects in your territory, cross-selling solutions to existing clients, and effectively closing sales with the support of exceptional sales training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to target prospects and expand our customer base
  • Mine existing and prospective customers for referral business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Connect customers' business needs with our products and services
  • Build a network of key decision makers in your designated territory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a sales quota and achieving sales targets
  • Business-to-business experience, including sales of business equipment or software
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious, with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed sales quotas
  • Demonstrated business development sales ability, with an assertive, positive, and persistent style
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Organized, with effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Mature and self-confident, with the capacity to work under pressure

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years sales/account management experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership ability and collaborative style
  • College, university, or equivalent experience required
