Job Title: Landscaping Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Team Lead to join our team at H J Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces, including decks and decorative or retaining walls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for each project.
  • Organize and direct the construction process, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
