Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

H J Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various landscaping projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for each project.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with a team of 3-4 people. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Language and Work Schedule

The primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 40 hours per week.
