Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, optimization, and research
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business results
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data transformation and modeling tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and pension plan. We also offer flexible work arrangements and a paid volunteer day each year.
