Job Title: Strategic HR Programs Manager - Contract Opportunity in Kanata
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our team as an HR Specialist, Projects and Programs. As a contract opportunity running into July 2025, this hybrid position is located in Kanata, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-impact HR programs, focusing on talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive and HR leadership teams to design and launch new initiatives addressing key business needs.
- Analyze engagement surveys and program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present clear reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels, highlighting program successes and driving decisions.
- Partner with L&D teams to identify skills gaps, design targeted training programs, and evaluate effectiveness to support employee growth.
- Finalize and implement career pathing frameworks to ensure employees have clear growth and development paths.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience, with a focus on program/project implementation.
- Experience with HR systems (ADP is a plus), data tracking, and program measurement.
Compensation Package:
This contract opportunity offers a competitive salary estimated at $110,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
