We are a cutting-edge Human Resources solutions provider looking for an experienced Ecommerce Solutions Platform Manager to spearhead the development of our Magento-centric platforms.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearJob Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in search and product tools, GDPR compliance, OMS integrations, and apparel retail tech solutions. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of our Magento-based ecommerce platform, ensuring an enhanced user experience and improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management:
    • Oversee the development of our Magento-based ecommerce platform to provide an exceptional user experience and improve overall performance.
  • Tools Optimization:
    • Optimize search functionalities and refine product management tools to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure that all aspects of our ecommerce platform comply with GDPR regulations and implement robust data protection measures.
  • Integrations:
    • Lead OMS integrations and evaluate technology solutions for the apparel retail sector to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Additional Focus Areas:
    • Develop Catalogue Management and Merchandising capabilities to enhance our ecommerce offering.
    • Address ERP and system automation needs to streamline our business operations.
  • Marketing Integration:
    • E nsure seamless integration with marketing platforms, media deployments, analytics, and CMS to optimize our online presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce product management with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and APIs to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of strategic initiatives and objectives to align with business goals.
  • Experience with developer-facing products to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency for effective communication and project management.
  • Basic e-commerce understanding to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Knowledge of platform product management pioneers to leverage best practices.
  • Familiarity with programming languages is a plus to expand your skill set.
