Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
