Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at BC Ltd. dba Dairy Queen. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader to oversee the daily operations of our food service staff.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen and food service operations.
