Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie at Four Seasons Resort Whistler
Location: Whistler, British Columbia
Terms of Employment: Full-time / Permanent
Hours of Work: Minimum guaranteed hours - 30 hours/week with fluctuation between 30-40 hours based on business volume

Wage: $28.96 to $30.68/ hour
Duties:
- Prepare food according to guest orders with precision and care.
- Maintain kitchen equipment in optimal condition for efficient operation.
- Implement strategies to minimize food waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve food cost issues.
- Adhere to company standards and best practices for food preparation and safety.
Requirements:
- Culinary education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- A genuine passion for culinary arts and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong command of English language for effective communication.
- Dedication to providing exceptional service and working collaboratively within a team.
