Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests. If you're passionate about food, have a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Culinary education or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
