We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Prince Cut Barbershop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate staff: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Ensure that our customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage store finances: Responsible for managing the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience: Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
