As a key member of our team at the Early Childhood Development Association of PEI, the Pedagogical Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the overall safety and well-being of our children.

Responsibilities include supporting various educators during documentation time, implementing daily activities with children, and being willing to be flexible and move around the centre as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education and possess experience in a similar role, although this is not mandatory.

Key skills include effective communication with parents, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
