Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Maintain up-to-date financial ledgers and statements
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Prepare and process financial reports and statements
    • Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks
  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Skills
    • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 40 hours per week.
