Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at MG Rental Partnership. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as posting journal entries, preparing trial balances, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports, to support business decision-making.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.
