Servus Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager Member Service II at our South Hill branch in Red Deer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our Member Service Representatives to provide exceptional service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach Member Service Representatives to identify member needs and recommend products and services that enhance their financial fitness.
- Pursue new business opportunities and adhere to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss.
- Provide support, guidance, and training to employees to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork.
- Understand and meet member needs by providing advice on appropriate products and services and identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners.
- Demonstrate an expert understanding of all branch security procedures.
To qualify for this role, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and a high school diploma. Previous leadership/supervisory experience and post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) are valuable assets.
