Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of logistics.
  • Task Organization and Coordination: Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication with other work units or departments.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliable, team player, analytical, and proactive.
