Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at CANADA INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work efficiently
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Personal suitability: accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, analytical, proactive
