Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station, including supervising sales workers, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
