Senior Project Engineer

Saltworks Technologies, a global leader in industrial desalination and lithium refining, is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to drive project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop work packages and ensure project delivery.
  • Support Supply Chain and Production teams to enable project execution.
  • Work with Quality Assurance to ensure quality control processes are followed.
  • Assist with commissioning at factory and customer sites.
  • Implement repeatable designs and improve industrial desalination and resource recovery plants.
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering degree and ability to register as a P.
  • 5-8 years of experience as an engineer or designer in an industrial setting.
  • Track record of generating engineering deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain high-quality work.
