Senior Project Engineer

Saltworks Technologies Inc is a global leader in advanced industrial desalination and lithium refining. Our innovative machines produce clean water from high-strength industrial discharges and refine lithium to support the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Lifecycle Management
    • Collaborate with Chemical, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers to develop work packages for production.
    • Support internal Supply Chain and Production teams to enable project delivery.
    • Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure quality control processes are followed.
    • Assist with commissioning at our factory and at customers' sites.
  • Design and Implementation
    • Implement repeatable designs (full scale) while improving our industrial desalination and resource recovery plants.
    • Support innovation, pilots, and new product design.
  • Technical Expertise and Leadership
    • Develop project management skills and become a subject matter expert.
    • Represent Saltworks with customers and suppliers, including field visits.
Requirements
  • A relevant engineering degree and ability to register as a Professional Engineer.
  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience as an engineer or designer in an industrial setting.
  • Track record of generating engineering deliverables in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
  • Working knowledge and experience within specific areas of the engineering discipline, such as ASME B31.
