Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JUST RITE TRUCK SERVICE (2000) LTD.

Job Summary:

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance team members.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
