Job Summary:

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles. This includes coordinating with our technicians, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our vehicles to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that our vehicles are properly maintained and that downtime is minimized.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing department to source and procure necessary parts and materials.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with our company's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
