About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JUST RITE TRUCK SERVICE (2000) LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to resolve work-related problems and improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
  • Recruit and train new maintenance personnel, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of our facilities and fleet.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
