We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing targeted sales strategies to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive top-of-funnel new business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Maintain high weekly activity levels, including cold calling, email prospecting, and social selling
- Use advanced sales tools and technology to drive engagement and conversion
Requirements:
- Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships
- Insatiable curiosity and a passion for learning and growth
- Comfortable with engaging prospects from initial contact to first call
- Proficient in using technology to drive sales success
- Understanding of the role of social media in sales and a willingness to leverage it effectively
